Prototype services : Our prototype services are focused on providing a complete information package outlining design layout, manufacturing, and test issues. We review all prototype assemblies for design-for-manufacturing and testing to check manufacturing specifications. All changes are documented and passed on to the production change process.

PCB assembly : We support leading-edge assembly technologies, including surface mount technology (SMT), plated through-hole, Ball Grid Array (BGA) and Printed Circuit Board Assembly processes in all of our factories. EMI Technology has standardized protocol on My Data SMT equipment with a wide variety of manual and semi-automated processes.

System Box Build : Our box-build services include PCB assemblies, complete-system integration, and full functional test. Our services provide a complete solution to system box-build, integration and test. Also custom system configuration and special packaging design.
